Yes. Record informal updates or weekly status meetings on your phone. Optimality keeps the transcript and deletes the audio. Then updates the activities in your Execution Network so you know the true impact.

Does a recording change the plan automatically?

No. Review what was captured and decide what should be updated in the connected plan.

Can I add photos from the field?

Yes. Take a photo or choose one from your library and file it against an activity to document and record the event.

Do I need an Optimality account?

Yes. The mobile app uses your existing Optimality workspace, work context and permissions. You can delete your account from Settings.
